EMDR History Phase: Stones and Gems

This play therapy resource helps both children and adults tangibly review their history while visually demonstrating the value of EMDR to remove the heavy burdens we carry. Each order includes a mini backpack, 10 stones of various sizes, 10 gems of various colors, and a script for using stones and gems to gather history, assess SUDS, and prepare clients for EMDR. Additional instructions for incorporating Expressive Arts and Sandtray Therapy also included.
